Indonesian traditional wooden boat, Phinisi Schooner, originally made in Sulawesi Island - Indonesia by Konjo Tribes.
Phinisi is a classic hand made boat built by traditional boat builders spread out in Bira Village, Ara Village and Bulukumba Village which is learnt from generation to generation from hundreds years ago by those Konjo Tribes. Incredible hand crafted work without any plan, simply follow the wood and using very traditional tools such as wooden hammers.
Phinisi has been using for hundred years ago as a cargo ship surrounding Indonesian waters. As time of modernisation and globalisation, Phinisi has been built as a sailing yacht charter to reach those Indonesian remote beautiful islands to take part in marine tourism industry.
